Cornerstone Christian Academy

The Cornerstone Christian Academy has been established to meet the educational needs of children in a Christ-centered environment, with dedicated Christian teachers in a spiritual academic atmosphere. For students in Kindergarten and 1st grade, our teachers use curriculum from the First Baptist Church of Hammond, Indiana. This program is superior in teaching the younger children to read. For 2nd through 12th grades, our school uses the Accelerated Christian Education (ACE) program, which is an individually prescribed, self-instructional curriculum based on Biblical philosophy. This curriculum is an advanced system of motivated learning.

IT'S PROFESSIONAL: The newest, relevant, proven methods are utilized and are being further developed.

IT'S PRACTICAL: The teacher's task is to assist the student in discovering his potential, to guide him in the development of that potential, and to motivate him to use what he has learned to the fullest.

IT'S FUNCTIONAL: The classroom procedure trains the student to be creative, faithful, and thorough.

IT'S SENSIBLE: The instruction given provides the student with a plan and a direction to accomplish that plan.

IT'S FUNDAMENTAL: God's Word is the measure of every standard, each experience, as well as the end result.

  Our enrollment is limited in all grades: K4 through the 12th grade. A $25.00 one-time non-refundable fee will be required to process the registration paper work. An interview with parents, child, and principal will be required before final acceptance. Registration fees are also non-refundable; they are $75.00 per student.

 No student will be accepted without interviewing with the principal, paying the fees, and completing the admissions packet for our records.Call with any questions you may have.
